Brittany Blount, M.Ed
Chief Operating Officer / Speaker
Brittany Blount joins Blount International with over 12 years of experience in Higher Education with a focus in leadership development, event operations, and business management. Brittany launched her career in Educational Leadership where she gained extensive knowledge in the field of Higher Education and Student Housing. Brittany earned a Bachelor’s in Mass Media Communications and Journalism from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and a Master’s from Iowa State University in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.

Brittany’s professional development includes membership with the APA (American Planning Association) and NACE (National Association for Catering and Events). Her interests beyond bringing life to events include providing space and opportunities for underrepresented populations, creating leadership opportunities, and coaching other women to fulfill their in(HER) beauty and passion to pursue purpose. Brittany’s work is centered around leadership coaching, professional development and networking for women and young professionals. She is also the founder of (DEI)versify, a recruiting firm targeted to outreach and support underrepresented populations on their career journey. Brittany's work is guided by her desire to build "REAL" relationships with her clients and collaborate to build a personal brand that promotes success and confidence.

Cydnee Williams
Director of Public Relations
Cydnee joins Blount International, LLC as the Director of Public Relations with her expertise in social media management, current affairs, popular culture, event planning and public view. Cydnee uses social media, podcasts, email marketing, website and print materials to bring awareness to upcoming events.

Cydnee Williams has a Bachelor's in Social Work. While her ultimate dream at that time was to become a Child Protective Investigator, she later found her chosen path of becoming a teacher. Balancing her role as a math teacher and managing public relations for Blount International is no easy feat; however Cydnee has accomplished many things worth celebrating; consistently having the highest state test scores, being awarded the New American Hero Award in 2019, Teacher of the Year nominee in 2020, and of course being able to have a firsthand view on the growth her students have made on their path to proficiency.

Cydee is an aspiring Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. With her current background in education, she understands the importance of meeting the needs of all learners.
Raven-Samone Blount
Marketing Manager
Raven-Samone Blount joins Blount International as a marketing manager, style coach, and personal beauty stylist who enhances individual lives with glamour and grace. As an entrepreneur, Raven reflects great energy onto others and through her work by helping clients look and feel their best.
Raven is a recent graduate with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Raven enjoys sharing opportunities and necessary tools for success with small businesses. As a Style Coach, Raven works with clients who have a desire to refresh their style and image. She not only focuses on the outside, but guides you toward transforming the way you feel about yourself.
Mikala Jackson
Director of Event Operations

Mikala Jackson joins Blount International as the Director of Events Operations with experience in event planning and social media management. Mikala has a background in the healthcare field, owns her own photography business (Butterfly Effect Photography), and manages event planning for Blount International. As an entrepreneur, Mikala loves helping others and making sure clients look and feel confident in themselves. Mikala loves to bring life to events and ensure that everyone has a great time.
